Description
• Contribute to the IT Operations team initiatives including, but not limited to: process improvement, tool provisioning, documentation, hardware procurement and distribution. • Onboard and offboard employees. • Create and maintain consistently formatted and updated reference materials. • Manage inventory and track asset history. • Participate in the planning and implementation of IT Operations projects with broad impact. • Work on moderately complex projects, assignments and problems in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborate frequently and effectively with the IT team and cross-functional partners and embrace a culture of feedback. • Think creatively and globally - we are tasked with building repeatable, scalable processes for high-growth teams.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of work experience in an IT role in a mixed OS and SaaS environment. • Familiarity with ticketing systems, asset management systems, and user account lifecycles. • Familiarity with common enterprise SaaS applications, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Office 365, and Zoom • A drive for and ability to identify operational excellence. • Refined time management and prioritization skills. • The ability to relate well with all kinds of people - inside and outside of the organization - building rapport, using diplomacy & maintaining composure in all situations. • A teammate that is contextually perceptive and tolerant; someone who tries to understand the full picture while being sensitive to established processes and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with great attention to detail. • Familiarity with hardware and software lifecycle management is a plus.
