Requirements
• Technical Proficiency: Exhibit strong ability to identify, understand, and solve complex technical problems, especially from a back-end system architecture perspective. Stay informed of industry trends and leverage this knowledge in technical planning. Advanced experience with Golang is a major plus. • Vision: Craft and own a 9-12 month technical strategy and roadmap. Support our teams in evolving the tech stack by setting and pursuing technical goals for the team. • Product Development: Demonstrate deep expertise in product development and end-user experience, especially within the B2B Admin space. • Project Ownership: Drive projects to successful completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and deliverables through hands-on leadership and building strong relationships across partners throughout the company. • Team Growth: Embody excellent hands-on leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire teams. Lead and support senior engineers through solving some of the hardest problems at 1Password. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Influence strategy at various levels within the organization. Create and review proposals for new technologies. • User Experience: Focus on customer needs to push the boundaries of user experience that 1Password has become known for.
