Description
• Wrangle client data into a form that's useful for analysis • Perform standard and custom analyses on client, 257, and combined data sets • Present analytics internally & externally • Contribute to data and analytics tool selection, process standardization, etc. • Own client analytics scripts & workflows
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in data analyst or equivalent roles • Experience with data analysis and reporting, preferably including dashboard development, data cleansing, metrics analysis • Advanced statistical analysis skills including regression, time series analysis • Proficiency in SQL, bonus for Python or another statistical language • Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, QuickSight • Ability to clearly communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail • Comfortable collaborating across functions • Experience building and leading analytics teams is a plus • Builder / owner mentality
Benefits
• Competitive compensation and benefits package; salary range for this position is $80-120,000 (plus equity and benefits), depending on experience
