Description

• Advanced Automation Corporation (AAC) is seeking a Chief Systems Engineer to join their elite teams of analysts, engineers, logisticians, and specialists • Responsible for ensuring deliverable quality and mentoring engineers across all AAC business areas • Review deliverables for quality prior to submission to customers • Demonstrated expertise in requirements management, reliability, and lifecycle optimization • Experience in leading and mentoring engineers and architects across multiple engineering disciplines • Familiarity with DOE O 413.3B, DODD 5000.01 Acquisition Lifecycle processes

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in an Engineering Discipline • US citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance • Expert interpersonal skills • Prior experience managing acquisitions programs with DOD or DOE acquisition lifecycles • Extensive knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle and Engineering Logistics disciplines • Available to travel up to 50% of the time • 15+ years of prior work experience showing progressively increasing responsibility • Advanced Degree in Engineering (Desired) • Prior experience within NNSA laboratories and sites (Desired) • Familiarity with requirements tools such as IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation and simulation packages (Desired) • Professional Engineering License (Desired)
