Description
• Develop infrastructure for low-latency search and retrieval systems • Create, index, and maintain large public and private datasets comprising of millions of complex documents • Research and develop novel search and retrieval techniques that combine traditional search, embeddings, and LLMs • Play a key role in shaping our engineering organization and company culture
Requirements
• Demonstrated ability building world-class software products • 5+ years of industry experience • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS technologies • Proven track record of building scalable services that process complex data • A passion for working with AI and LLMs • Experience building user-facing APIs, ETL, data orchestration and data processing • Bonus: Early engineer at a hyper-growth startup • Bonus: Experience at world class product organizations (e.g. Notion, Figma)
