Description
• Team Lead - Accounting is a part-time contractor role • Works as a project manager for clients who use accounting services • Ensures accounting tasks are assigned to the team • Provides clear and timely updates to the clients • Position requires daytime availability Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday for client calls • Role will be between 10-20 hours/week • This is not a full-time job • 100% remote position
Requirements
• Must be US-based • Work experience or education in Business or Finance is preferred • You are an excellent communicator • Show up on time, prepared, and ready to lead Zoom calls with clients • Prior experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred • Someone who is a great culture fit for our team • Need to be proficient with all the basic business platforms (Dropbox, Excel, Word, Outlook)
