Description

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements • Creating and revising legal documentation • Researching and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Interacting with internal and external clients regarding legal and regulatory requirements • Updating templates to improve workflow • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• J.D. or LL.B. degree with outstanding academic credentials • Active and in good standing in at least one State Bar in the US • Working knowledge of privacy law and experience negotiating DPAs • Privacy certification is a definite asset • Minimum of 4+ years relevant legal experience • Experience with SaaS and technology-related agreements preferred
