Description

• Utilize CRM systems to manage and nurture leads, track sales activities, and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects. • Leverage data to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement targeted sales strategies. • Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems. • Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff. • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts. • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance. • Continuously develop new Processes, SOPs and Standards to reach highest quality and knowledge sharing. • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Leadership role within eCommerce space, retail or a related field. • Experience selling High ticket products Online or via Phone. • Able to work within the EST timezone. • Experience CMS platforms, such as Shopify or WordPress. • Extensive experience with CRM, Sales, marketing, analytical tools. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Excellent copywriting and communication skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive sales decisions. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong in setting and establishing Goals, KPIs, and new processes. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Strong communication and leadership abilities
