Description

• Work closely with the ADLINK sales team on new opportunities and drive solutions to meet customers’ needs • Provide architectural ideas and solutions to meet customers’ requirements • Lead engineering teams responsible for the design of products from concept through to production launch • Create customer facing presentation and documentation materials specific to technical content • Track and manage Original Design Manufacturer/Design Manufacturing Services+ (DMS+) projects using action trackers to ensure project performance • Develop and manage project schedules • Correct design techniques and propose best practices

Requirements

• BSEE is preferred • Minimum of 5 years related experience • Ability to work with customers as well as internal teams • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams • Familiarity with high speed design and debug techniques • Familiarity with PC architecture • Must be organized through and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams • Ability to use engineering tools to view Schematics and PCB Layouts • Ability to use small tools like screw drivers and plyers • Ability to visit business contacts and to travel globally as required
