Description
• Lead the development of AI/ML projects for search and discovery application • Design and implement tracking and evaluation tools • Provide guidance in machine learning, deep learning, and advanced AI techniques • Translate research papers into production-ready code • Drive key model architectural decisions • Communicate effectively and collaborate • Mentor junior team members • Empower employees to succeed and continue learning
Requirements
• PhD with 5 years of experience or MS with 5-8 years in quantitative field • Expertise in building AI/ML models in relevance, ranking, and recommendation systems • Knowledge of statistical learning, machine learning, deep learning • Experience in building low-latency, high-throughput ML services • Proficiency in Python or Java, Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and cloud services • Experience with Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark ML • Ability to operate in a high-paced, evolving environment
