• Partner with the account management team to understand what Partner Location(s) locally you will be working to support. • Provide in person on the ground help to Partner Attendants as they greet, onboard, and check-in members for their Aescape Massage. • Serve as the first line of defense if there are issues or errors, working with Aescape’s support team and troubleshooting on behalf of and with partner attendants. • Cultivate strong relationships within our partners to help us deliver a fully white glove experience end to end. • Lead with empathy, managing conflict and high-pressure situations with a solution-oriented mindset. • Embrace and manage change, adapting swiftly to new processes and keeping your team and studio dynamic and future-ready.
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably within the retail, hospitality, or health and wellness industry. • Superior customer service and hospitality skills. • Excellent communication skills with team members, clients, and senior management. • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in person.
