Description
• Lead systems powering compliance controls • Build next-generation technology stack for Compliance • Collaborate with Product, Design, Policy, Operations • Partner with other engineering teams • Lead and mentor engineers • Advocate for improvements in engineering processes
Requirements
• 9+ years of industry engineering experience • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • Experience with regulatory/compliance controls is highly desirable • Proficiency in one or more back-end server languages (Java/Ruby/Go/C++/etc.) • Exposure to architectural patterns of high-scale web and data applications • End-to-end ownership mentality • Able to self-serve on data analysis • Rigorous attention to detail • Future looking
