Description
• Uphold the integrity of the Aircall brand across various marketing and channel platforms • Drive the refinement of the Aircall brand through ideation and implementation of digital and print campaigns • Take ownership of design initiatives, overseeing them from inception to completion • Demonstrate strategic rationale behind creative choices to colleagues across departments • Enhance and fortify the visual identity toolkit for Aircall while staying aligned with brand ethos • Collaborate with content and social media teams to ensure visual coherence across all channels • Provide guidance to less experienced designers on the team
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of experience with a design portfolio showcasing conceptual prowess • Experience in conversion and data-driven design • Strong collaboration and prioritization skills • Proven track record in maintaining brand consistency across channels and campaigns • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Slides, with knowledge of front-end development best practices • Experience communicating with stakeholders
