Description

• Develop and deliver demand generation campaigns. • Manage and optimize paid media channels, including LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, and other media dollars focused on performance into the lead funnel and general brand awareness. • Execute and optimize search marketing strategies, encompassing PPC campaigns, keyword planning, and leveraging SEM & SEO for growth. • Collect and report on key performance metrics (organic and paid), such as new user acquisition, retention, bounce and exit rates, ROAS, LTV, funnel efficiency, CAC, etc. • Identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, draft copy, develop campaign strategies, oversee execution, and analyze results. • Create, measure, test, and optimize landing pages for conversion. • Collaborate closely with our visual designer on creative development and testing. • Create and manage dashboards for the optimization of campaigns. • Oversee broad marketing lead funnel management and reporting, tracking metrics like volume and quality of MQLs, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and overall ROI. • Work closely with sales to drive the health and velocity of the sales pipeline, responding with growth marketing programs to enhance lead quality and quantity. • Map user journeys and understand user behavior to optimize global performance. • Conduct UX and conversion optimization audits.

Requirements

• Experience in Legal, Financial, and Securities sectors is a plus, but any background with proven growth marketing success is welcome. • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS marketing. • Experience in a high-growth start-up environment is highly valued. • Demonstrated track record of converting ad-buys and SEO efforts into revenue. • Expertise in lead acquisition programs, including funnel optimization and lead scoring. • Proficiency in growth marketing, demand generation, social media, search, email, and paid media. • Skilled in developing and refining lead nurturing campaigns to engage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle. • Experience orchestrating account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive pipeline. • Knowledge of CRM principles and lifecycle marketing strategies (e.g., customer journey, acquisition, conversion, loyalty, engagement, retention, and attribution models). • Familiarity with the North American market; knowledge of the MENA region is a benefit. • Strong understanding of reporting and finding actionable insights. • Must be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone (Toronto). • Fluent in English. • Bilingual in French and/or Spanish is an asset, but not required.
