Description

• Full-time in-office position in Allstar’s NYC headquarters • Would be part of the Business team • Directly reports into the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer • Responsible for owning and driving the future of company analytics, testing, and data-driven growth initiatives • Partner closely with technology, design, product teams, and all business units • Develop executive-level research to communicate findings • Transform data into useful information tailored to leadership needs • Manage and oversee technical work in partnership with the CTO and Engineering resources • Forecasting and modeling of conversion rates, user growth • Building and maintaining reporting packages for the board, leadership, and business units • Developing thesis around A/B tests to affect targeted KPIs • Experience in either gaming or esports operations or analytics

Requirements

• Strong consumer tech analytics acumen • 5+ years of data management and business intelligence • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into insights • Expert level user with 3+ years of experience of analytics platforms • Strategic and hands on • Experience in gaming or media space • Extremely proficient with data manipulation • Adept at internal relationship building and technical project management • Clear and detailed communicator
