Description

• Work collaboratively with design, copywriting, marketing, social media, advertising, and PR teams to spread the word of AllTrails through world-class creative • Build templates and systems through our tooling (figma, dropbox) that result in well-crafted creative generated quickly at scale • Generate effective paid-advertising creative with an iterative mindset to drive growth and continuously optimize • Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in studio from omni-channel marketing communications, social media creative, to go-to-market campaigns • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, always pushing the AllTrails brand forward through thought provoking work and best-in-class design • Clearly articulate design decisions to a stakeholders, co-workers, and external vendors and incorporating feedback quickly • Work quickly and effectively juggle multiple projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience, working on brand and marketing design initiatives from concept to execution • A strong portfolio showcasing real-world examples of exceptionally crafted design for marketing campaigns, and/or advertising projects executed across multiple channels • Demonstrated ability to design high-converting digital advertising assets for paid social, display, and affiliate networks that align strongly with overall brand look and feel • Experience working closely with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance metrics • Ability to regularly produce high quality communications with attention to details and design fundamentals; can demonstrate a strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy • Mastery of Figma (libraries, modular components, auto-layout, etc), Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, photoshop, etc.) • Self-motivated with an ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous and remote work environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Able to take constructive feedback and evolve designs to meet business objectives • Humility, empathy and open-mindedness - no egos
