Description

•The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the standard of the Alo experiences & Brand Mission. •Creates an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guestthrough genuine connection, •Expert in product knowledge including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. •Thrives working on a team and relishes a culture of feedback and excellence. •Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals. •Drives and exceeds sales goals by leading Alo’s initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency. •Ensures engagement with customers and provides a friendly and easy to shop environment. •Continues to build the client relationship daily with customers, •In partnership with the leadership team, analyzes reports to strategize and deliver results; •Ensures effective sales floor coverage through developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives. •Educates guests and staff on the company's product, community and culture.

Requirements

•Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences •High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work •Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team •Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity and building trusting relationships
