Description
• Be the go-to analyst and data partner for our Finance team and Product leads on key growth initiatives. • Develop metrics and dashboards to help leadership across Exec/Finance/Product make data-driven decisions. • Conduct data analysis of complex data sets to proactively provide actionable insights. • Partner with leads and leverage data to inform, develop, and iterate on strategic business initiatives. • Design, build, and maintain BI infrastructure • Foster scalability by empowering partners to perform analyses independently
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in a data analysis role • You have previously worked in an early-stage company, and you know how to navigate and be successful in a startup environment • Ability to problem solve and navigate ambiguity • Expert knowledge of SQL • Experience designing & implementing data ecosystems, including reporting & dashboards • Experience with financial forecast modeling or predictive modeling • Strong written and communication skills to engage with non-technical to very-technical audiences
