• Overseeing issues and concerns related to adherence to regulations • Serving as liaison with government agencies and regulators • Spearheading investigation on compliance violations • Implementing corrective actions as necessary • Proposing, implementing, and administering programs and policies • Conducting audits and monitoring potential risks • Liaising with federal, state, or local agencies • Assisting in compliance audits and ad-hoc requests
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, business, economics, or legal studies • 5-8 years of relevant professional experience • Project management capabilities • Familiarity with US regulations in the healthcare industry • Ability to maintain and handle sensitive information confidentially • Strong research skills • Ability to work independently or within a team • Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude • Strong oral and written communication skills • Detail-oriented and strong time management skills • Related certification in a healthcare setting is an advantage
