• Provide exceptional technical support for products and services • Conduct Tech Calls for non-tech-savvy patients • Guide patients through using Android tablets • Verify RPM devices and ensure accurate data transmission • Assist patients in joining Zoom meetings • Help clinical team set up equipment • Handle Tech On-Call duties • Collaborate with Engineering Team • File issues and requests using GitLab and Azure DevOps • Present and take notes on technical meetings
• Prior experience in customer support • Expertise in Android Tablets, Samsung Knox Suite • Proficiency in managing Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone • Familiarity with medical devices • Knowledge of Athenahealth preferred • Familiarity with issue tracking software and remote support tools • Understanding of technology systems, particularly Google Workspace • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent English language skills • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Healthcare setting experience advantageous
