Description
• Oversee day-to-day operations during shifts • Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse • Act as a reference point for employees • Ensure delivery team and warehouse associates complete all tasks • Foster a positive work environment • Assist in creating delivery team schedules • Inspect van health and coordinate repairs
Requirements
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment or similar • Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Experience supervising, training, and working effectively with a wide range of employees • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • High level of integrity and decision-making skills
Benefits
