Description

• Automating infrastructure and services in Arcadia’s AWS cloud • Creating, testing, and securing Windows, Linux and serverless solutions for Arcadia’s products and internal teams • Capturing system, service, and security telemetry to present data in dashboards, reports, scorecards, etc. • Providing support to operations team by identifying and implementing best solutions, including identifying root causes • Working with vendor support to solve technical issues, performing upgrades, and migrating to better/faster/stronger gear • Breakdown and rebuilding tech to decouple bottlenecks and reducing costs for existing code/infrastructure • Assessing viability of implementation of new technologies and making recommendations for new solutions • Supporting legacy and new architecture components to maximize uptime, availability, security • Working support tickets as part of a high output team in a fast-paced environment • Managing and optimizing build pipelines and CI/CD tooling to streamline new product launches/features

Requirements

• Five years of professional experience, with at least three years of support experience in a complex technical environment • Technical expertise in industry leading products such as AWS, Cloud Formation, Terraform, ELK, Palo Alto • Expertise in at least one programming language used to building/launch cloud-based infrastructure • Technical knowledge including cloud services (RDS, S3, IAM, SSM, Lambda), SQL Server, directory services, virtualization, postgres/mysql, security and client devices • Comfortable building/proving new services for improvement/replacement of existing tech
