Description

• Arcesium seeks a talented Marketing Programs Lead • Own ABM/ABX playbooks and run campaigns • Support personalized ABM campaigns and demand generation initiatives • Work closely with sales team for ABM program development • Introduce comprehensive testing practices in campaign activities • Collaborate with Marketing Ops for campaign performance tracking • Manage campaign workflow and Marketing Calendar • Ensure lead disposition and contact accuracy • Partner with marketing teams for unified messaging • Work with website team for optimal inbound traffic conversion

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in technology or finance • Must be extremely proficient in Hubspot and Salesforce, or equivalent marketing automation and CRM systems • Must have at least 1+ years of ABM/ABX experience with demonstrable success • Experience managing or running a wide variety of paid programs through Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Retargeting, and content syndication programs • Experience with ABM platforms, Zoominfo, or Drift, a plus • Strong project management skills, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines • An unwavering attention to detail
