Description

• Evaluate, analyze, and execute investment opportunities • Underwrite unitranche, first lien, second lien, and credit-related investments • Perform comprehensive business due diligence and financial analysis • Prepare and present investment memoranda and committee materials • Participate in portfolio company monitoring and post-closing events

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of investment banking and/or leverage finance experience • Self-motivated with a high energy level • Superior analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Strong academic performance
