Description

• Unique opportunity to shape the future of Atheneum as a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas • Instrumental in growth, developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in key locations • Manage full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition • Mentor and train more junior team members in all aspects of the hiring cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment • 1+ years managing other Talent Acquisition professionals • Proficiency with Workday's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
