Description

• Own the metrics – set up KPI dashboards, metrics reporting, and detailed tracking (tracking everything from text intro to first swipe). • Encourage a data culture across the team that quantifies performance across various company initiatives — that helps focus and align priorities. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, credit, risk, growth, and other operations teams to leverage your data insights into wins at Atlas.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working at a high growth startup or similar in a technical data oriented or biz ops role. • Solid understanding of onboarding funnels, important customer KPIs (retention, MAU/DAU, LTV, etc). • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from a top school or experience working at a high-growth tech company. • Expert-level skills in SQL (this is important). • Prior experience with MetaBase, Tableau, Looker, or similar. • You love collaborating with other teams and strategizing on how to leverage product analytics to drive more wins. • Natural empathy for the customer. • Analytical mind with commercial instincts. • Self-motivated and ambitious. Likely a future founder.
