Description
• The Operations Analyst will help build, scale and grow the Brokerage Operations function. • Responsible for the pre and post trade processing for all security products traded by Atomic partner clients. • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and help map out enhancements needed to accommodate future business initiatives.
Requirements
• 5+ years industry experience across Broker dealers, Brokerage Operations, and Trade Support • Experience with broker dealer build-outs where you gained firm understanding of trade flows • Ability to work independently and proactively in a high volume, high pressure, and sometimes ambiguous environment • Ability to work with data and understand complex workflows • Capable of triaging and resolving issues related to onboarding, trading, and clearing • Expertise monitoring and resolving of onboarding and trade processing exceptions • Experienced Onboarding and validating new accounts • Series 7 or 99 License required, Series 24 strongly preferred • Strong comfort level in Excel, SQL and ideally Jira • Systems experience with OMS such as SS&C Eze Castle • Front-end trading system experience such as Neovest
