• Assign servicing and transitioning client base • Conduct regular client reviews • Serve as broker of record for client accounts • Contact assigned clients and schedule goal review appointments • Process paperwork and trades • Maintain client files in compliance with FINRA standards • Keep licensing current through Continuing Education • Input financial planning data • Provide research information to representatives • Service branch referrals for investment needs
• Minimum Associate degree in finance or related field • 3 years' experience in financial services • Proficiency in MS applications • Knowledge of financial products and services • Ability to obtain Series 7, 63 and 65, Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses • Strong math aptitude, communication skills, decision-making skills, computer literacy, and organizational skills • Valid driver's license
• Opportunity to partner with a seasoned financial advisor • Development of necessary skills to grow into a Financial Advisor • Defined branch territory within 2-4 years
