Description

• Design, develop, and maintain both backend and frontend components of our applications using Python/Django and React. • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best practices. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes. • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs. • Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards to maintain high code quality. • Implement front-end monitoring and performance tools. • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications are current. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with significant experience in full-stack development. • Strong proficiency in Python/Django for backend development. • Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and a solid understanding of ES6 features. • In-depth knowledge of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, or similar) and test-driven development (TDD). • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines. • Experience working with cloud infrastructures, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3). • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases. • Solid understanding of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF). • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Healthcare related experience is a plus • Knowledge or equivalent experience working in environments handling sensitive data (ex PHI in healthcare)
