Description

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, including business performance analysis. • Consolidate and provide insights into the financial results, forecasts, and plans for review and presentation to the CEO, CFO, and the Executive Leadership Team. • Support development of monthly and quarterly Board of Directors materials that effectively communicate financial projections, drivers, business performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership. • Develop and support advanced financial models and processes to continuously evaluate business risks and opportunities, ensuring agile decision-making. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and assist with other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 2-3 years of proven experience in corporate finance, consulting and/or financial planning & analysis. • Highly skilled in Excel, Power Query, and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise planning tools and/or Tableau is a plus. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships with business partners. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex financial data and derive meaningful insights. • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to different stakeholders. • Capable of solving problems, adapting quickly to new challenges, and finding innovative solutions.
