Requirements
• JD from a US-accredited law school • 8+ years’ experience in legal practice • Experience with securities law compliance • Experience with corporate governance • Experience managing international subsidiaries • Experience with M&A and financing • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Clear and concise documentation skills • Independent operation
