Description

• Guide regulatory compliance in HSE, ensuring Avetta's products and services meet country-specific standards. • Communicate key regulatory changes to internal stakeholders, staying current with international HSE regulations and trends. • Assess Avetta's HSE products and services for compliance gaps, develop action plans, and ensure alignment with local laws. • Collaborate with internal and external resources to integrate HSE compliance requirements into localization processes and meet client needs. • Maintain accurate records of HSE compliance efforts, including assessments, corrective actions, and status reports. • Train and guide Avetta's teams and partners on global HSE compliance requirements and best practices. • Ensure timely deliverables from third-party consultants, adhering to SLAs. • Track and report on quality, cost, and turnaround times of HSE projects quarterly. • Maintain HSE regulatory content libraries and tools. • Develop, document, and implement efficient and scalable HSE processes. • Drive improvement initiatives related to country-specific HSE regulatory content, processes, and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., QHSE, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance). • 8+ years of experience in global regulatory compliance, specifically within the HSE field, managing projects. • In-depth knowledge of international HSE regulatory frameworks and standards. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex HSE regulatory requirements and develop actionable plans. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate HSE compliance records. • Proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of driving continuous improvement in HSE compliance processes. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, Salesforce. • Industry certifications such as CSP, CRIS, or QHSE-related certifications are preferred. • Fluency in English; additional proficiency is a plus.
