• To execute a high level of craft across all marketing communications • To design social media content that connects with the pulse of culture and elevate the brand’s impact globally • To be an ambassador, executor and guardian of the Brand Visual design and uphold our high standards • To take Back Market’s mission to “do more with what we already have” into the future via groundbreaking creativity • To help transform Back Market into a household name that’s widely recognized, trusted, and admired • long term goal : Create a clear social identity and visual “world” within Back Market'’s various social media channels

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the NY Tri-State area, able to work a hybrid work schedule, and authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship • Minimum of 3 years experience at an In-House team and/or Creative agency • Ability to understand and apply complex Brand Guidelines effectively • A deep understanding of the social media space and how to create for it • Closely monitor trends, feedback, and sentiment on our social channels to inform social content. • Extensive knowledge and interest in various creative fields (Typography, Photography, Illustration, Fashion, Cinema, etc) • You should be skilled in graphic design and typography and also have the ability to do photo editing and motion graphics • A friendly, enthusiastic, collaborative and ego-free attitude • Strong portfolio demonstrating technical craft and creative edge • A keen eye for detail, specifically in typography (e.g., spotting poor kerning) • Strong initiative in proposing powerful visual concepts and ideas • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an international team • Strong project management and organization skills. • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects) and native social media platform design tools/capabilities
