Description

• Deliver Post Deployment Software Support with subject expertise to enhance IT solutions • Use Remedy to manage application requirements and requests for changes • Document a level of effort to complete the Remedy work order • Provide configuration management and bug tracking of source code and applications • Test changes in the developer’s local environment before pushing to UAT • Promote code changes live at a government-approved time • Evaluate the production environment to ensure successful deployment • Provide expert technical consulting and analyst support • Provide skilled technical onsite daily support for various applications • Ensure maintenance in accordance with DoD directives • Provide support to maintain ATO for various tools • Conduct IS environment cyber security assessments • Provide Security Architecture, Design, and Engineering support • Assist in Security Incident Response Planning • Ensure daily database backups are current and secure • Provide support for all six stages of SDLC • Ensure MDR Production and ODBC databases are identical • Troubleshoot and resolve daily load errors • Provide expert advice for cloud native database technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Security, data, or similar field • 8+ years USMC Risk Management Framework experience • Secret Clearance Required
