• BBR is currently seeking a Client Onboarding Associate. • This position requires a detail-oriented approach to ensure that our reporting, databases, and ongoing processes are accurately maintained. • Key responsibilities include preparing client paperwork, performing data governance, and inputting and monitoring client information across various internal systems. • The ideal candidate is client-service minded, exceptionally organized, and independently driven.
• 1+ years of post-undergraduate relevant work experience ideally in client service within the financial sector. • Must be a team player and possess a client-first attitude. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once. • Proven written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to adapt easily and learn new technologies/systems. • Knowledge of portfolio administration and brokerage systems or applications. • Experience working with private, high net-worth clients and/or institutional clients. • Background in fund structures and investment types. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM software, DocuSign, and Microsoft. • Proficiency in Portfolio Management Software such as Advent.
