Description

• Provide critical support to the Director of Field Operations, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and accommodate business needs. • Oversee the tools, systems, and resources used by the operations team, identifying and implementing improvements where necessary. • Develop out-of-the-box solutions for operational requests, both internal and external, with a focus on quick response times. • Handle urgent, ad hoc requests by finding automated and efficient solutions to minimize repetitive tasks. • Negotiate contracts and manage costs by conducting regular pricing research and analysis. • Develop and maintain planning activities to ensure team efficiency and meet operational targets. • Identify and address potential shortages or delays in project execution. • Collect, analyze, and present data to support operational planning, ensuring it is consolidated and organized for all stakeholders. • Manage internal and external stakeholders professionally, setting clear expectations and maintaining strong relationships. • Oversee the management of all resources (vehicles, travel, tools, etc.) and report on their usage, presenting high-level summaries to the Director. • Build and maintain strong communication structures across all operations teams to facilitate better collaboration and alignment. • Embrace change and new technology, contributing to our innovative approach to modern beekeeping.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions. • Experience in managing tools, systems, and resources in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent data management skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage costs effectively. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work across multiple time zones and with diverse teams. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
