• 3+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in a performance marketing or e-commerce environment. • Proven track record of driving significant ROI through paid social media efforts. • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools. • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
