Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a sales function with increasing responsibilities • Pre-existing local relationships with large corporations are essential • Strong experience in active solicitation and sales process management of corporations and foundations • Effective and inspiring storyteller and presenter • Ability to manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities • Desire to make a larger impact in the world • Embraces personal and joint accountability to achieve organizational goals • Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment • Ability to look at each situation with adaptability and flexibility • Self-starter with high internal motivation • Confidence with humility, humour, and passion
