Description

• Perform various tasks related to account and project management, customer relations, data analytics, etc. • Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts. • Process customer orders and act as a liaison. • Review, track, and manage all internal activities from order placement to delivery. • Serve as project manager for new customer launches. • Update sales records and customer information within CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience • 2+ years in an account support role, with a customer centric mindset • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, present information, and interact with customers and employees at every level • Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with limited guidance and direction • Experience preferred but not required in design and marketing of personal care items • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn • Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills • Strong business acumen with willingness to learn Berlin Packaging’s business, products, customers, and suppliers • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, and active listening • Highly organized and detail oriented • Strong time management skills; prioritize and follow up • Operates with a sense of urgency • Is flexible and open to change and new ways of working • High energy, positive attitude, and contributes to a positive team culture • Self-motivated; consistently strives to attain goals and seeks self-improvement • Technologically savvy
