Description
• Build robust solutions for transferring data • Drive data quality and availability • Make decisions as a team • Develop hardened and repeatable data models • Improve data availability through various methods • Ensure data quality through automated monitoring • Leverage Google Cloud tools and services • Collaborate with teams to deliver informed solutions
Requirements
• 4+ years working in a data engineering role • 2+ years of Python or similar experience • Deep SQL experience with columnar databases • Comfortable designing an end-to-end data pipeline • Experience building CICD pipelines for data processing • Able to manage infrastructure using IAC tools • Experience with common data orchestration tools • Experience in building streaming / real-time ingestion pipelines • Experience with creating alerts and monitoring pipelines • Experience with containerization and container orchestration • Familiarity with standard IT security practices • Adaptability to learn new technologies
