• Build applications for Betterment accounts • Collaborate with Mobile, Product, and Design teams • Create efficiency through clean code and rigorous testing • Maintain a standard of excellence in software development

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in object-oriented programming; Ruby on Rails preferred • Experience in developing frontend applications using React.js or similar frameworks • Familiarity with building APIs; exposure to GraphQL is an advantage • Proficiency with relational databases; ability to design schemas and write SQL queries • A command of fundamental algorithms and data structures • Demonstrated ability to contribute to complex projects; deliver small features independently • Passion for building delightful front end interfaces
