Requirements

• Experienced visual designer able to translate technical and financial complexity into visual simplicity • Strong typographic skills and understanding of data visualization • Experience in editorial layout, page design, and use of grid systems • Open, effective, and proactive communicator • Experience managing people and providing honest feedback • Ability to adapt to changes in direction • Strong design presentation skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack • Experience in finance, healthcare, or regulated industry a plus
