Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience • Deep experience in startups with demonstrated success building scalable system architectures • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset able to navigate complex technical challenges • Extensive full-stack/data engineering experience, across industries and domains • Expertise in building enterprise applications using tech like Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, AWS • Agile and Lean startup veteran able to deliver customer-centric product innovations • Strong communicators who possess a passion for BetterUp’s mission
