Description

• Visit existing BTM locations for routine inspections, installations, and repairs • Implement quality assurance policies and procedures • Plan, oversee, and perform routine inspections and testing of products • Commission and prepare BTMs for installation • Physically install BTMs at approved sites • Provide ongoing maintenance, servicing, and replenishment of supplies • Train customers and third party vendors • Document quality assurance activities and reports • Assist team members and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must reside in the Manhattan area • Three years of experience within the ATM or BTM industry • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to travel extensively • Technical knowledge and experience with BTMs • Detail-oriented and able to follow established guidelines • Reporting and documentation skills
