Description

• Senior Software Engineer role in Search Intelligence team at Bloomreach • Designing, building, and enhancing semantic understanding, query parsing, and language modeling within the search system • Developing new recall and ranking search algorithms • Implementing machine learning and LLM models for commerce optimization • Architecting core components for new features to improve search APIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields • 4+ years of Java or another object-oriented language experience • Working with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and building enterprise software products • Familiarity with open source search engines (Solr, ElasticSearch) and big data technologies • Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software architecture • Interest in machine learning algorithms and staying up-to-date on search/GenAI/LLM technologies
