Description
• Head of Clinical Development Operations leading CDO organization • Oversight of development operations functions • Accountable for budget planning, resource management, innovation, and process improvement • Identify and mitigate risks for development operations activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree minimally required • 12+ years of clinical development experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry • Experience in gene therapy or rare disease preferred • Deep knowledge of GCPs governing clinical trials • Working knowledge of FDA and EMA regulations and ICH Guidelines
