Description
• The Project Compliance Specialist reports directly to the Assistant Controller and is responsible for ensuring the organization remains compliant with both governmental and project level payroll/demographic reporting requirements. • In addition, the compliance specialist is responsible for ensuring that Bond Civil & Utility and all subcontractors remain compliant with both internal, and project level insurance requirements.
Requirements
• Exceptional time-management skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables • Be able to proactively influence and establish positive working relationships with clients, unions, subcontractors, and BOND employees • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment • Must display initiative and independent thinking • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required • Experience with COINS or Heavy Job software a plus • Construction industry and/or payroll experience preferred
