Description

• Manage a team of 2-5 Accountants to ensure timely, accurate onboarding of all new clients • Build processes and create operational efficiencies within client portfolios • Build a chart of accounts based on business functions and reporting needs • Ensure Accuracy, Quality Control, and profitability of Onboarding Department • Management and oversight of client financial statements on an accrual-basis accounting • Facilitate an effective transition of clients from the Onboarding Department to the Client Services Department • Reconcile year-end tax and payroll to books • Review workflow and business operations and make cloud technology and app recommendations to increase efficiencies • Apply knowledge of inventory costing, valuation, and internal controls • Assist Sales Team members as needed with quoting client engagements • Proactive in raising questions and issues to bring to leadership's attention • Cross-sell Bookkeeper360’s platform of services • Point of contact for escalation for client-related issues

Requirements

• 4-year degree in accounting (BS/MS/MBA) | CPA preferred • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience • 3-5 years experience in a managerial role • 2-3 years experience onboarding new clients • Cloud-based accounting experience • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Has a thirst for knowledge of the newest accounting technology and for utilizing technology to build efficiencies • A passion for serving small businesses • Proven track record of providing valuable insights to small businesses; helping them grow • Experience managing cash flow for small businesses • Certified in Quickbooks Online and/or Xero • Experience working with various 3rd party apps integrations such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, A2X, Bill.com, Expensify, and Gusto • Experience with project management softwares such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and/or Keeper • Experience in e-commerce, product companies, technology, professional service business, and/or real estate industries • Strong understanding of Google Workspace functions, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail.
