• Operations Supervisors are responsible for creating a welcoming and smooth check-in experience for everyone at the facility. • They provide support, direction, and oversight to operations staff during shifts. • Engage with customers to handle inquiries, feedback, and assist with amenities. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility for members and guests. • Respond to incidents and ensure safety protocols are followed. • Support the facilitation of groups, birthday parties, and events. • Assist in maintaining retail areas and inventory.
Requirements
• Flexible schedule; availability during evenings and weekends. • Previous customer service experience. • Effective communication and leadership skills.
