• Design and develop visually compelling digital assets for our website, email campaigns, social media and digital advertisements (paid social + display) • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on asset creation, ideas, inspiration and concepts • Bring movement into select assets through GIFs and animations — optimized for various platforms • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the visual design and user experience across all digital touchpoints • Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital design, social media and branding to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry • Have a thorough understanding of social channel ad products, adhering to industry best practices and specifications • Support the creative direction of our brand ensuring consistency with our brand identity and high-quality standards • Demonstrate professionalism and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• 4+ years of proven experience in digital-first design for startups, B2B organizations and / or agencies • Experience designing in Figma and extreme familiarity with its offerings / capabilities • Experience working within the design limitations of HubSpot • Proficiency in handling video footage, animations, illustrations, and other multimedia elements (a plus) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
